A Happy Poem

A happy poem is not unlike
riding an airplane or flying a bike.
The juxtaposition of good mood and verse
is much like a dead man driving a hearse.

A happy poem is extremely rare
like being mauled by a possum or running over a bear
A positive attitude written in rhyme
is much like Lincoln on the head of a dime.

A happy poem may just seem dumb
and make you feel like your eyes have gone numb
A happy poem may make your brain buzz
but sometimes that's just what happiness does.
